Our Cetinale honey come from a local, family run business.   These experienced beekeepers produce honey in natural, unpolluted areas in the Tuscan hills and care for the environment.  The honey has a mild, gentle flavour and silky texture that resists crystallisation.  Acacia honey is incredibly versatile.  It is often paired with a wide range of dishes, especially various cheeses like Pecorino and Parmesan, or used as an ingredient in cocktails and desserts.
